Privacy Policy
We collect only the data needed to operate our services (e.g., name, email, and subscription status). Payments are processed by PayFast; we do not store card details.
- Data we collect: account details, contact info, usage logs, subscription status.
- How we use it: to provide the portal, process payments, and send service emails.
- Sharing: with payment processors and service providers strictly to deliver the service.
- Security: HTTPS, restricted access, regular updates.
- Retention: account data kept while active; invoices retained as required by law.

Refund & Delivery Policy
Delivery: digital services; access is provisioned within 1โ3 business days after payment (or immediately for automated plans).
Refunds: if we cannot deliver as scoped, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partially used periods; you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Terms of Service
- Accounts: invite-only via our client portal; keep credentials secure.
- Acceptable use: no illegal content, spam, harassment, or abuse.
- Availability: we aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Liability: to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
- Governing law: South Africa.
